At Onetrak every day is different! We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Marketing Trainee to join our team based at our Bridgewater branch. This entry-level position is ideal for recent school leavers. While no prior experience is required, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential. This is an exciting opportunity to get qualified while you work. You'll get hands-on experience, mentoring, and support as you work towards your Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication - BSB40820.

About the role
- Be enrolled into online study to complete Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication upon completion of probation period.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Help create content for our website, social media, and marketing materials across various platforms.
- Assist with events management and execution including trades shows, field days & product launches.
- Liaise with industry associations on sponsorships and memberships.
- Conduct basic market research and gather insights.
- Assist with internal communications including the Onetrak newsletter.
- Assist HR with people and recognition initiatives.
- Assist with administrative functions for other areas within the business.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Have completed Year 12
- A genuine interest in marketing and a desire to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong time-management and organisational skills to complete tasks within pre-determined timeframes
- A positive attitude, an ability to work collaboratively in a team and a willingness to take on new challenges.
